Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Conditions of Use. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our Conditions of Use. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the Conditions of Use for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. Orders will generally be dispatched the working day following payment being received, subject to product availability as described above.

Shipping
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. If your goods go missing or have been damaged in transit, contact either the courier company or Australia Post. If they do not resolve your issue, you can contact the Postal Industry Ombudsman. Note that delivery times are quoted by the service provider and we cannot be held liable for any variances in the estimated delivery times.

Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Delivery Options
All delivery requirements from you and commitments by us are subject to e-mail confirmation. Orders will generally be dispatched the working day following payment being received, subject to product availability.

Australian Registered Mail
Delivery time is approximately 1 - 4 days from dispatch.

Australian Express Post
Delivery is normally the next business day Monday to Friday within the Express Post Network.

International Airmail
Delivery is normally within 3 to 10 days depending on destination.


Refunds/returns Policy
Returns of software products will only be accepted in sealed, unopened packaging. Product returns must be within 10 days of purchase accompanied by a tax invoice. Refunds will be made to the same credit card (or tender type) that was charged for the original purchase, and will be subject to a 10% handling fee.

Any product that has been registered with a product serial number, or serial number accessed by opening the package, may not be returned. Products that are digitally downloaded cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.

Note that no refunds or returns will be accepted on products that have been updated, superceded, price adjusted, purchased elsewhere, or purchased elsewhere at a higher price.

Any product that is found to be faulty will be replaced at our cost and delivered by Australian Registered Mail. Note that it will not be considered a fault should the software product fail to function properly on your specific computer.
